Phyllis Ann Craft was a daughter, mom, grandma, aunt and sister. She was loved by all her children, mother, siblings, nephews, nieces and friends.
Phyllis graduated eighth grade from Our Savior Lutheran School, with Christine Anderson, whom she calls her best friend (they were also relatives).
Then she went on to Ft. Thomas High School and again graduated from high school with her best friend, Christine Anderson.
After graduating from high school she went on to San Jose, Calif., to go to college at Condie Business College, from where she graduated and got her degree in business. After graduating, she landed her first job at IBM for five years before she got laid off. Then she went to work at the Indian Center as a receptionist for another few years, before she met James Craft Sr. and got married to him.
They had one daughter, Samantha, and one son, James Craft. She also had two sons, Rodney and Steve.
Phyllis was free-spirited and an outgoing person and will be remembered by all her family and loved ones. Be at peace with yourself, for you suffer no more. Thank you Jesus.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, James Craft Sr.; her four kids, Steve, Rodney, James and Samantha; mother, Lorraine Dunigan; stepfather, David Dunigan; sisters Jennifer and Debbie; brothers Ted and John Rustin; grandma, Emma Pikes; uncles, aunts, and many relatives.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 26, 2009 at the House of God in San Carlos.
