Frances D. Ochoa of Globe, Arizona passed away on June 6, 2023, at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe. Frances was 71 years old.

Frances was born to Frank Joseph Struck and Viola Phyllis Torres Struck on Nov. 2, 1951, in Monte Vista, Colorado. She married Quintin B. Ochoa on June 26, 1971. They had two beautiful daughters together. Frances cherished her daughters and grandsons.

Frances attended the Gila County Skill Center from 1969-1970. She was a Dental Assistant from 1970-1971. She worked at the Miami Unified School District in the cafeteria from 1982-1984. Frances worked at the Heritage Health Care Center from 1984-1994 as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Frances was a person who always made sure her family and friends had everything they needed. Every Thursday you could find Frances helping at the Globe Food Bank. She would deliver food boxes to friends and family who needed them. She had many friends. She had a huge heart and would give you the last penny she had in her purse. Frances loved to laugh and was very funny. She was also very talented in her cake decorating skills. Her daughters always had amazing-looking birthday cakes!

Frances is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Viola Struck, and her sister Erma Struck Salas.

She is survived by her husband Quintin B. Ochoa; her daughters Christine Ochoa Wood (Alan Dillemuth) and Angela Ochoa Ramsey (Lyn Ramsey); her brothers and sisters Tina Struck, Eddie Struck, Emma Struck Ross, Clara Struck Coronado and Clifford Struck; and her grandchildren Andrew Wood, Aaron Wood, Brandon Ramsey, Joshua Ramsey and Austin Ramsey. Frances had many nephews and nieces whom she loved very much.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023, from 9-10 a.m. at the Globe Christian Center in Globe, Arizona.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the Globe Christian Center.

Interment will follow at the Globe Cemetery in Globe, Arizona.
