Karen Killmer, age 62, of Miami, Az. passed away July 4, 2023, at home surrounded by her family. She is survived by the love of her life, Mark Sanders, daughter Dana Tuerr, son-in-law Shane, granddaughter Rhyder, mother and step-father Martha and Bill Callaway, sisters Linda Holmes and Susie House, and extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father Doyle House, grandparents Alene and J.P. House, and Raymond Childress. Karen grew up in Miami, where she attended Miami High School. She was a longtime resident of the Globe-Miami area. Karen may have had some struggles, but lived life to the fullest. She loved crafting, spending time outdoors-especially in the mountains, doing any activities that involved her family, and most recently, watching her granddaughter grow up. She would do anything for her friends and family and loved unconditionally. She always made those around her laugh. Our family is grateful to know that Karen is at peace. A private celebration of life will be held by the family.
