Margaret V. Sanchez was born on Feb. 22, 1931, in Globe, Arizona. She was preceded in death by first husband Richard Levario Sr. and second husband Dan C. Sanchez, parents Juan and Maria Guereña Vasquez, two sisters Henrietta Dominguez and Lupe Yanez, and five brothers Manuel, Edward, John, Richard and Robert Vasquez. She is survived by one daughter, Georgina (Luis) Suarez of Yuma, Arizona; two sons, Richard (Sally) Levario of Tucson, Arizona, and Thomas (Kristine) Levario of Tucson; 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and brother Joe Vasquez of Chandler, Arizona. Margaret was an active member of both Globe and Miami senior centers. She held offices of president, vice president and secretary of Globe Senior Center Site Council and was Senior of the Year 2004. She was also a member of the Holy Angels Church and Holy Angels Sodality, and a member of Globe VFW Auxiliary Post 1704. Margaret retired from State Farm Insurance in 1991 after working 18 years in Globe. She moved to Tucson in 2012 to be near her sons and was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Later in 2020, she moved to Yuma near her daughter. She lived the last years of her life courageously, full of faith and grace. Margaret went home to Our Lord on Nov. 29, 2023.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Dec. 15, 2023, at Holy Angels Church, located at 201 S. Broad St. in Globe.
