Patrick Tarango entered this world March 17,1973, born to Lilly Tarango. He entered into eternal peace the morning of May 31, 2023, of a previously undiagnosed heart condition at the age of 50. He was encircled with love with his family by his side. Patrick was born and raised in Globe, Az. and then moved to Mesa for his teenage years. He moved back to Globe where he met his wife and that’s where they chose to grow their family. He is survived by Veronica, his best friend, love of his life and wife of 22 years; his sons, Christopher and Patrick Jr.; and his daughter Analycia. He was also fortunate to be blessed with his granddaughter Azalea. Patrick also leaves behind his mother, Lilly, and remaining siblings.

Patrick was preceded in death by his grandmother, Anita; his beloved brothers, Rene, JohnRay and Austin; and his nephew Michael, in addition to so many friends and family gone too soon.

Patrick spent 17 years working with Pinal Lumber and considered the team there as family. During those years he created many friendships with members of the community. He recently began a new career with ADOT that he was especially excited for. He loved the work and was willing to learn and grow with every new opportunity. He was grateful for being welcomed into his new work environment. Not many would agree, but he enjoyed getting called out at any time for work emergencies. He wanted to prove to his team that he was dependable and hard-working.

Patrick spent most of his time dedicated to supporting his kids in their endeavors. He was devoted to providing his children with the love and fundamentals that they have used to succeed. He was a supporting football, baseball, softball, basketball and cheer dad. When Analycia attended aesthetician school, he was the first in line to let her practice her new skill set with waxing and facials. Most recently he was the best looking Gampy at the Pre T-Ball fields with his granddaughter, Azalea.

Patrick loved being a husband, father and gampy. If you saw him he appeared serious and reserved. In reality, he was a big teddy bear. He loved to laugh and joke around and celebrate the little things. Patrick’s love language was best shown with acts of service. He would do the things he could to help people no matter how big or small.

Patrick enjoyed being in nature and everything outdoors. He loved archery, riding ATVs and gardening. He also enjoyed watching and feeding the hummingbirds that frequented his yard. On his free time he was the best tio. He tried to be a part of his nieces’ and nephews’ lives as often as possible; he loved them like his own. He was a guiding light to a lot of young people. He just tried to be a good listener and lead them in the right direction. During this difficult time so many people have shared stories and expressed the many different ways he has touched their lives. We are appreciative of all the love and support. We’re sure we can all agree that he will be deeply missed.
