Miami -- The Miami School Board had an unusually thick stack of Public Requests to Speak at Monday night's regularly scheduled school board meeting, which had to be moved from the library's back room to the MHS auditorium. Miami -- Despite wind damage that ripped the roof off of Miami's Hostetler pool house last month, the historic attraction is set to open by Memorial Day weekend. Electrical improvements are being made in the filters and pumps and about half of the roof has been replaced.
