Globe-Miami — Opening Ceremonies for T-ball and Coach Pitch only will be March 17 at 5:30 p.m. at the girls’ softball field in Claypool.

Pinal Mountain Little League will be holding registration for the 2010 spring season on the following dates and times:

Thursday, March 11, Friday, March 12, Tuesday, March 16, Thursday, March 18 and Friday, March 19, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Fry’s in Globe and again on Saturday, March 13, Sunday, March 14, Saturday, March 20 and Sunday March 21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Safeway in Claypool.

Registration forms can also be picked up and dropped off at Vonnie’s Pizza.

Registration forms and volunteer applications can be printed from the website or filled out at the registration site. Please bring birth certificate and proof of residency to register your child and a copy of your drivers’ license for volunteer applications.

We are in need of volunteers as coaches, umpires and concession workers.

A Coaches Clinic will be held on Thursday, March 11 at 7:30 p.m. at Globe High School Gymnasium.

Coaches must attend one of the coaching clinics to be eligible to coach for the 2010 spring season. For any questions or to make other arrangements, please contact Coaching Coordinator, Brandon Powell.
