Judith Kay (Goar) Bohr, 75, of Globe, Ariz. and longtime resident of Ajo, Ariz. passed away on March 8, 2013.
She was born in Tipton, Ind. on Feb. 3, 1938, the daughter of Blanche (Achenbach) and Willard L. Goar.
Judy graduated with a BS in Nursing from Jackson Memorial School of Nursing in Miami, Fla. and was a dedicated registered nurse for more than 40 years working in Frankfort, Ind., Ajo and Sells, Ariz. Her hobbies were horseback riding, gardening and solving crossword puzzles. She enjoyed being around her family and especially her grandchildren.
Judy is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob) E. Bohr, Sr.; three daughters, Michelle L. ‘Micky’ (DeLaCruz), Teresa A. ‘Tracy’ (Murray), and Judith R. ‘Jodi’ (Luna); two sons, Robert W. ‘Robby’ and Anthony L. ‘Andy’; two brothers, Larry J. Goar of Marrietta, Ga. and Douglas K. Goar of Lakeland, Fla.; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a great-grandchild, Leah Rose Villegas.
A memorial service is set for Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 4 p.m. at the Bohr residence at 3721 N. Rosser Road, Ajo, Ariz.
