Memorial 8K Run and 5K Walk

Cibecue -- The seventh annual Preston Beach Sr. Memorial 8K Run and 5K Walk will be held on July 4 in Cibecue. The run is 4.7 miles and will start at 7 a.m. The walk is 3 miles and will start at 6:30 a.m. Both races start from Jonah and Cathy Beach's residence at 205 S. Desert Storm Drive, #20.

Globe Education Center celebrates final graduating class

Globe -- Thirty-two graduates, gowned in maroon and gold, celebrated their successful completion of high school during a sunset ceremony at Dream Manor Inn last Tuesday, June 16.
More than 300 family members, friends, and guests attended the ceremony to wish the graduates the best of luck in their future endeavors.
