Short prison sentence upsets San Carlos family

As anticipated in a plea bargain agreement and despite objections from the San Carlos family of the murder victim, a Thurston  County Superior Court Judge at Olympia, Washington gave 28 year old Army Sgt Sheldon Plummer 14.5 years in prison.
