Dear Editor:
In the early morning hours of Sunday, Aug 28 some individual or individuals spray-painted graffiti on the Miami Veterans Memorial Park.
The picture of Congressional Medal Honor recipient MSG Manuel V. Mendoza was spray painted, and these individuals spray-painted the words "Globe Tigers" on the side of the concession stand and also spray painted the word "Globe"
