Dear Editor:
I see the City of Globe is considering raising the sales tax due to a financial shortfall every month. There doesn't seem to be many ideas how to cut spending.
One point I'd like to have explained to me is how the Globe Police Department can utilize it's vehicles and personnel to serve as traffic control outside
