Globe — Brianna Yazzie from Springerville, Ariz. and Randy Upshaw from Bylas, Ariz. celebrated their nuptials at Dream Manor Inn on Saturday, June 16 in a beautiful outdoor ceremony by the waterfall. Officiating the ceremony was Bishop Cody Henry from Bylas Miracle Church. Giving the Bride away was Brianna’s father, Brian Yazzie, from Springerville. The groom’s parents are Esther Upshaw and the late Talbot Upshaw Jr. of Bylas, Ariz.
The Maid of Honor was the bride’s friend, Anita Garcia from Safford, Ariz. Bridesmaids attending the bride were her sister, Shania Yazzie from Chandler, Ariz. and her friend Hannah Duderstudt from Safford, Ariz. Nieces Brooklyn Kitcheyan from San Carlos and Ty from Bylas served as the cute flower girls.
The Best Man was brother, Erwin Goseyun from Bylas, Ariz. Groomsmen were brother John Upshaw from Bylas and friend Clint Dryden from Safford. The Dryden’s family’s grandson, Cayden Dryden from Safford, served as the Ring Bearer. A delicious dinner and lively reception with approximately 110 guests followed the ceremony at Dream Manor Inn’s Tuscany Banquet Room, emceed by host/owner Carl Williams. In house DJ, Gilbert Jacinto kept the party going.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Upshaw reside in Globe, Ariz. Brianna recently received her nursing degree and Randy works for Freeport-McMoRan as an Anode Plant Copper Refiner. Best wishes to the Happy Couple!
