I am pleased to endorse Dale Hom in his efforts to continue as Gila County Assessor. Dale is a man of energy and integrity who brings experience and competence to an office with complicated duties.
A native Arizonan, Dale was born in Tucson and came to Globe at the age of two. Over the decades I have watched him grow and followed his career, all the way from school to the present. He comes from a fine family with deep roots in Gila County. His parents and grandparents were all restaurant owners, and taught him the value of hard work and customer satisfaction. He learned to respect all people and always give a helping hand to those in need. I clearly remember Dale delivering food to needy patients at the Gila County Hospital.
First elected as Assessor in 1988, Daleís goal has been to make the Assessorís Office an efficient entity that administers its various functions for the benefit of all Gila County citizens. He has developed an excellent staff, all of whom are helpful and efficient. His knowledge of the county and state has proved invaluable in guarding the rights of property owners. The services provided by the Assessorís office under Daleís leadership are exemplary.
Knowledge, experience, integrity: these are the hallmarks of a successful public official, and Dale Hom has these in abundance. I encourage all Gila County voters to take advantage of his willingness to continue in office. His commitment to the countyís citizens is worthy of your support.
