San Carlos Market Place opens doors

San Carlos — San Carlos Market Place, located in downtown San Carlos at the site of the old San Carlos Service Station, celebrated its official grand opening on Monday morning. The business is owned and operated by the Seven Mile Wash District Economic Enterprise. Members of the San Carlos color guard presented the colors at the grand opening, and store manager Tolbert Massey was all smiles. San Carlos Market Place features fuel, a tire repair shop, basic vehicle maintenance, a small deli, convenience store and a laundromat. Hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The auto shop is open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
