Lady Tigers set to take the court for 2012-13 campaign

Globe — The young ladies of the Globe girls basketball team are working hard to come together as a team and come into the upcoming season strong. With four returning seniors, 10 juniors, four sophomores and nine freshmen, the girls are hoping to go far this season and from the looks of things they will do just that. The Lady Tigers are coached by Katie Jo Lorenzen, who just wrapped up a nice volleyball season that included some of the girls who have returned for the basketball season. Globe’s first home game is tentatively scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 27 against Fort Thomas.
