Phoenix — In U.S. District Court at Phoenix, convicted bank robber Troy K. Miller of Globe is now scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 26. He is to appear on this date at 1:30 p.m. before Federal Judge Neil Wake. The 49-year-old Miller pleaded guilty earlier to the armed robbery of the Bank of the West on the Globe-Miami Highway last Dec. 24. His sentencing was originally scheduled for Oct. 29 but was delayed until later this month. Miller has been in federal custody since his arrest earlier this year because a judge considered him a flight risk.
