San Carlos recognizes World AIDS Day

San Carlos — A month ago I asked the health department if an event was taking place for World AIDS Day. When I discovered that nothing was planned, I decided to make this happen with a zero budget. HIV/AIDS has been an even bigger problem in recent years and I knew I had to do something.
