Globe recognizes interim city manager

Globe — During Monday night’s Globe City Council meeting, the council recognized interim city manager, Cynthia Seelhammer, who was attending her final council meeting. New city manager Brent Billingsley, of Maricopa, will assume his duties as of Jan. 2.
