GHS grapplers compete at ‘Survival of the Fittest’

Eagar — Globe High School wrestlers competed on Jan. 4 and 5 in the “Survival of the Fittest” Tournament featuring some of the best wrestling competition in the state.

The teams competing were: Red Mountain, Piedra Vista (N.M.), Window Rock, Canyon State, Chinle, Show Low, Coconino, Miyamura (N.M.), Round Valley, Thatcher, Monument Valley, and St. John’s.

Friday, Jan. 4 was a dual team tournament, and Globe competed in five duals.
