Canada — Bell Copper Corporation, of Canada, which entered into an option to purchase the 1,100 acres of Van Dyke properties and mineral rights in, around and under the town of Miami in April 2010, says it will make another attempt to consolidate its shares of stock.
In May of last year, management of Bell Copper announced a proposal to consolidate every seven shares of outstanding common stock with one brand new share.
