Kirkpatrick selected to serve on numerous committees

Washington — U.S. Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick says she is excited about all of the committees in the U.S. House of Representatives she was assigned to this month during the beginning of the new 113th Congress.

Kirkpatrick (Dem-AZ, District 1) says her assignments include the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and three of its subcommittees, the Highways and Transit Subcommittee, the Water Resources and Environment Subcommittee, the Economic Development Committee, Public Buildings Committee, Emergency Management Subcommittee, Veterans Affairs Committee, and she is also the Ranking Member of the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee.
