Hearing set on Resolution Copper permit

Phoenix — The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality has scheduled a hearing on its Preliminary Decision to issue a Significant Amendment to an Aquifer Protection Permit being sought by the Resolution Copper Company for the Superior Mine West Plant Site.

The public hearing will be in the Town of Superior on March 14, 2013 in  the Multi-Purpose Room of the Superior Junior/Senior High School  at 100 Mary Drive between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m.
