Washington — On Thursday in Washington, D.C., a major bipartisan effort put the proposed Resolution Copper land exchange bill once again before both houses of Congress.
First came announcements from Republican Arizona Congressman Dr. Paul Gosar and Democratic Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick that they have been working jointly on their new land swap legislation to pave the way for the proposed $6 billion dollar copper mine between Miami and Superior.
