Whalley thanks those who helped after fire

Dear Editor:

I would like to thank the entire community for all of their help and support. My house caught fire on Nov. 16 and I received some severe burns.

I was finally released from the hospital on Feb. 15. I moved into a different home filled with everything needed to live.

Without the generosity of the community, I wouldn’t have known where to begin. Thank you and God bless everyone.
