County road projects approved

Gila County — At Gila County Board of Supervisor’s meeting on Feb. 19, the Board approved several road projects and payments for some of those projects.

First, the Supervisors approved a payment of $593, which was the county’s share of the construction cost of the concrete railroad crossing at Bixby Road. When the project was begun, Arizona Department of Transportation called for a timber crossing.
