San Carlos — On the news yesterday it was reported that a baby was cured of AIDS. Can others who are infected become cured? Why do Natives with AIDS continue to have the highest death rate after infection? March 20 is National Native American AIDS Awareness Day. Native communities across the country will have events such as speakers, HIV 101 workshops, testing, and candlelight memorials, to name a few. What can we do on this day in San Carlos?
