Miami woman dies in two-vehicle accident

Carol Blackwell/ Arizona Siler Belt A Miami woman died on Friday morning after the vehicle she was driving collided with a tractor trailer on Highway 60 near milepost 247.

Globe — On Friday at 8:26 a.m., the Globe Fire and Police Departments responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at Highway 60 milepost 246.9. Through an investigation and witness accounts it was learned that an acid tanker had been traveling east on Highway 60 and had stopped, as required, in the curb lane at the railroad tracks.
