STEMFest brings science alive

Globe The annual STEMFest, held at Besh-ba-Gowah, attracted hundreds of science enthusiasts of all all ages. Dozens of local agencies, companies, and organizations participated in the event to bring kids closer to science. The robotics table was a popular stop featuring a robot able to solve rubix cubes. Kids were given the chance to mix up the cubes any way they wanted. The robot then scanned each side and solved the puzzle. The STEMFest offered everything from digging for worms and planting seeds to programming robots and designing playdough boats that can carry a load of pennies.
