USGS Southwest Geographic Science Team conducts research at Point of Pines

San Carlos Recently, research by the USGS Southwest Geographic Science Team on Mapping of Terrestrial Biomass with Landsat and LiDAR was conducted.

This research is a collaboration with the forestry staff of the San Carlos Apache Tribe that focuses on a study area within the reservation located in Point of Pines.
