Gila County — On Jan. 7 at approximately 7 p.m., the Gila County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from a male subject identified as Eric Spencer.
Eric reported that he, several women and children were being held hostage by a man named Charles Fee.
Charles Fee was said to be allegedly making threats and holding them hostage because he thought that Eric Spencer had stolen a gun from him. Charles Fee was allegedly not allowing anyone to leave until the gun was returned. Deputies responded to the residence, identified Charles Fee and took him into custody without incident.
