Globe — Gila County Attorney Bradley D. Beauchamp has announced that on Thursday, July 17, the Honorable Monica L. Stauffer sentenced 38-year-old Kyron Dale Grow to life imprisonment following his conviction for First Degree Felony Murder.
On June 20, 2014, Grow was found guilty of First Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and two counts of Child Abuse following a seven-day jury trial.
According to Chief Deputy County Attorney Shawn C. Fuller, who prosecuted the case, on March 26, 2013, at approximately 7:20 am, Grow called 9-1-1 and reported that his live-in girlfriend’s 3-year-old son had “banged his head twice” and was throwing up and laying on the floor.
