Globe High School Pom Team placed 3rd in the AIA State Qualifiers Division III Pom Competition on Nov. 2 at Shadow Mountain High School in Phoenix. There were a total of 10 schools competing and the top four finalists qualified to compete in the State Finals on Feb. 2 at Chase Field in Phoenix. The Pom Team members are Presley Martinez, Mahlea Widner, Anisa Spurgeon, Katelyn Long, Cali Jo Dalton, and Krista Ramos. Congratulations GHS Pom for qualifying to go to the state competition.
The GHS Coed Cheer Team will be competing in their State Qualifier Competition on Nov. 23 at Desert Ridge High School in Mesa. Good luck GHS Coed Cheer Team.
