City of Globe – March1, 2018
The City of Globe has accepted the resignation of Mark Nipp, Chief of Police for the Globe Police Department effective Thursday, March 1, 2018. The Mayor and Council wish to thank Mark for his service to the City. During his tenure as Chief, Mark has moved the Department forward by overseeing the implementation of the audit recommendation, new technology, and increased professionalism. Leadership of the Globe Police Department will now be assumed by Lieutenant Bob Folker as acting Chief.
