Verna B. Patten age 84 of San Carlos, Ariz. passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Haven of Globe. She was born in San Carlos, Ariz. on Aug. 16, 1935. She was the daughter of Peggy Mahsill and Eugene Bush. She worked as homemaker.
Our mother use to make Western shirts for our dad when he was still alive. Also she was a seamstress. She also went to the Rodeos which was her favorite and went to Traditional Dances. She always liked to joy ride. Also she use to like the family outings and holiday gatherings.
She was preceded in death by her parents Peggy (Mahsill) and Eugene Bush, her children Elmer Cassadore Jr., Alexander Patten and Vernon Patten and her husband David Patten Sr.
Verna is survived by her sons Darrell Patten Sr. of San Carlos, Pastor Kenneth Patten of McNary, her daughters Arlene Thompson, Debra Russell, Elva Case, Sandra Burdette, Janice Patten all of San Carlos, 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Wake will be on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 4 p.m. at her residence in San Carlos.
Funeral Services will be on Monday, March 23, 2020 at 1 p.m. at the World Evangelism Revival Center.
Interment in Upper Peridot Cemetery.
