Darlene (Dolly) Swindler, age 79, of Roosevelt, Arizona, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024, at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by many loving family members.
She was born Feb. 3, 1944, in Eufaula, Oklahoma, to Roxie and Walter Dover.
She loved entertaining family and friends, caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and playing cards and dominos.
Dolly will be greatly missed and warmly remembered by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by both parents, her husband, Ralph, nine brothers and two sisters.
Dolly leaves behind in loving memory two sons, Dewayne (Brandy) Swindler and Bryan Swindler of Roosevelt, Arizona; seven grandchildren, Krystal (Joe) Montano, Michael (Lexi) Swindler, Brianna, Andrew (Heather), Brandon and Bailey; and two great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Sebastain; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss her dearly.
A Visitation was held from 10-11 a.m. on Feb. 10, 2024, at the Lamont Mortuary Chapel in Globe, Arizona.
Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 10, 2024, at the Lamont Mortuary Chapel.
Interment followed at the Fairview Cemetery in Superior, Arizona.
