Last weekend’s First Friday event invited kids to participate in Globe Police Department’s annual Bike Rodeo. Thanks to a grant from Walmart, a number of bikes were raffled off and every participant went home with a new helmet. Here, Sergeant Cochran goes over the rules of the road with Olivia Boutwell, 8.
